This system operates under controlled access and structured data handling.
Privacy Policy
This document explains how Zentrix manages access, queue, and operating data across the public site and approval-gated environment.
Zentrix collects only the information required to operate a controlled access system, including account credentials, session data, operator configuration inputs, and waitlist submissions.
When you request access or join the operator queue, we store the submitted email address and any optional trader classification you provide.
Submitted information is used to review access eligibility, manage operator intake, secure authentication, and maintain the functioning of the Zentrix environment.
Zentrix does not position submitted information as marketing-list inventory. Queue records exist to manage controlled release and operator communication.
Authentication sessions and system logs are used to preserve access integrity, detect misuse, and maintain administrative oversight of the platform.
Security-related logs may retain technical metadata necessary to investigate abuse, failed entry attempts, or operational faults.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to maintain system access, review operator intake, or satisfy security and administrative requirements.
Zentrix does not sell user data. Information may only be disclosed where required to operate the service, protect the platform, or comply with legal obligations.
Questions regarding privacy, data handling, or operator queue records may be directed through the contact channel provided in the site footer.
